Who I Am.
Hi! My name is Kyle Zhang. I am a founding engineer at Revola AI, where I research and build AI systems around improving and simplifying knowledge transfer and learning. This has developed into a passion for applying the same principles to the education system. As someone who works with AI day in and day out, I see the good and the bad, the things that are misunderstood and the things that are overhyped, and that is the knowledge and experience I want to use to help educators, parents and students. As a student as well who directly experienced changes in education from the burst of AI, I understand how easy it is for students to become heavily reliant on these systems. I'm a fun, chill, casual person, love sports and the gym. Would love to chat with you about my research or anything else!
Why I Am Doing It Anyway.
I think educators learning to use AI to speed up their work is just half of the story. On the other side, educators and parents need to work together to ensure the generations moving forward still develop the skills they need to think critically, solve problems, and communicate effectively. I want to help educators and parents understand what AI is, how it works, what it can do, and how it should be used.
